How Long Will it Take To Get my Necklace?

Due to the increased amount of orders, please allow 7-10 business days for pendant jewelry to be shipped out. As for CUSTOM pieces, please allow 10-21 business days of creation before shipment as each is handmade to order by the designer. 

Important Note: Due to the current pandemic, shipping times in all destinations may expect delays at this time. *If you're shopping in Australia, please note that some parcels may experience prolonged delays (in our current experience up to 28 working days.)

What material are the necklaces made of?

24K / 18k Gold Filled:  Layer of gold adheres to the silver through an electroplating bath. 

 **For the best care of your jewelry, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. As each person's body oils make different metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return or exchange your item. We apologize in advance. However, we do offer cleaning and repair services for a fee. Please contact our customer service team for further details at contact@dbl-jewelry.com for an assessment and we will send you a free estimate. 

Customer Care:

Avoid wetting, sweating, and sleeping with your DBL jewelry to maintain its color and form for a longer time. Jewelry worn in the shower will not rust, however, if handled with care they may last for years.                        

Jewelry Order Cancellations & Returns:

Unfortunately, DBL has a no refund/cancellation policy. After a piece has been ordered the creation process has already begun the moment your order has been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

We cannot update discount code promos to your order after your order has been placed.

Jewelry Personalization & Pendant Changes:

Once your order is processed, it is immediately sent to the creation process. If there are any mistakes with the personalization & pendant orders, you must contact us through email ( contact@dbl-jewelry.com) within 24 hours of placing your order. This change request may not be guaranteed depending on the step the jewelry is within the creation process.

Ex: If your necklace has been created but has still not been personalized, we are able to change the personalization. However, if the personalization was already made on the order, we are unable to cancel or fix the piece. We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

 CLOTHING ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We only accept exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept an exchange if requested more than 7 days after the purchase. DBLJEWELRY.CO orders may be returned by mail,   Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All clothing items with must have a tag still attached for an exchange. The return label will be paid for by the customer. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.

 Damages?

Please email contact@dbl-jewelry.com within 3 days of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order. 

What if my necklace does not fit?

Please Email us immediately after you order your necklace if you would like to request for your necklace to be a longer length! Our chains are usually 16 inch long, however you can request for 18 inch or 20 inch for a small fee of $5. 

If you would like to change your chain after receiving your order, we charge a small fee of $10 for a longer chain up to 20 inches long shipped to you for free for Domestic orders. International orders will be charged $15 in total for a longer chain to be reshipped to you.

How much is USA shipping?

Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 5-14 business days of purchase as jewelry is handmade! A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent you your email. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! $12.99 flat rate for all countries 

How can I track my Package/s?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

What if I put in my wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A $5 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email contact@dbl-jewelry.com with any questions or concerns.

What if my package is lost?

DBL JEWELRY is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

What if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of $4 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

RESTOCK FEE:

In the case you would not like your package sent back or would not like a replacement for your item and would like a refund, we charge a restocking fee of $4 USD. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

Damaged upon arrival:

Please email contact@dbl-jewelry.com within 2 days of delivery if you notice anything wrong with your order and we will replace any broken parts that may have been defective or damaged during delivery. 

What if my jewelry breaks?

If jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to a defective piece or damaged during shipment, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand new piece. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer. 

Jewelry Damage Repair:

We offer jewelry repair for any damaged necklace/bracelet/ring/waist chain from DBL JEWELRY for a fee. Please email us with a photo of the broken piece & our team will let you know the fee we will charge for repairing your jewelry piece.

JEWELRY WARRANTY: 

Our DBL Jewelry warranty insures that you will receive a brand new jewelry piece free of charge if any issues occurs within half of a year of having our jewelry. The Warranty can be purchased during checkout.

*Our warranty only insures our customers a brand new piece for any breakage and damage if we receive photo evidence of damage. DBL JEWELRY is not liable for lost or stolen jewelry pieces.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
